Just want to share something that maybe could be useful. For clear instruction please take a look at :

Thata's Pattern

My first design at knitting berret hat

Material : Softy wool (CraftandMe )
Hook size : Circular needle 4 mm and 5 mm

There is a story behind my first hat. My son gave me a USB and said,"Mom please take alook at this short movie". Ooo... It's a korean girl artist there who wearing a hat.
"Could you make like this one?" he asked me. I hope you can do it mam, cause this is an order from my friend. I said to her that my mam could make anything with crochet or knitting."
Glad to hear that he proud of me.. but... I never make with knitting this one. It's about 7.00 pm and havent much time to browsing in internet cause today I must finish it. She need to wear it today. So... i make a simple one.. I only use rib stich, seedstich, basketwave stich, garter and stokinette in this hat. Finished. I give it to him this morning.. He give me a hug and smile.. Great mom.. Ssstt.. you know why he do it? Cause he'll has an extra income from this hat.. :D Thanks for all of you support J.

Everyday... I always look the same mug in front of my table at the office. Boring...hi..hi... I think I must make up it :)

I look at my leftover yarn. And lets dancing again. Finished two design..

1. Make a "hem" cover and a coaster ( i'll write the pattern for CNM newsletter)

2. Three Faces cover.. (look different colour at different side).

So... hmmmm.... look at my mug...again.. and again... not boring anymore ...he...he....

Two Faces Bag with Loom

Sometimes I need a refreshing. Work with loom is an alternatif. Try to make a motif bag with loom. With trial and error ( cause I still learn) finally I can finish it.

Like usual I mix with crocheting in finishing, bag sling and flowers.

Blue in progress

I just came from out of town last week. I made this project when I off line for a while. Finished all part but havent sew it together. I still must ribbing with crocheting at the edge. Dont know when I could finish it. Too many WIP he..he..he.. :)

Smock in the Shell dishcloth

Just mix and match knitting and crocheting. You can make 3 variation with one pattern only, so sorry I didnt take a picture of others variation.

First variation : Knitting only, and dont make a smock stich.

Second : Edging with crocheting

Third : Make a smock stich in the eyelet and edging with crocheting

Fourth... etc you can mix and match by yourself.

What do you think? It's trendy and stylish? I make it in many colours to mix and match with my blouse. My friends in the office love it.

Want to try.. you only need a knitting loom or just make it in garter stich only. Or if you cant knitting just make it with Tr only. Simple isnt it?

I make this scarf play with texture, love it cause make it look different. Just free style.. I mean .. work without pattern :)

I love the colour (maybe not clear in this pic) and the yarn is perfect too for me.

In Indonesia we only have this loom. Easy to do... and fast too. Everyone can do it. My son too :)

Mistery Scarf finished

I make a pattern for mistery scarf at CNM Forum
This is my first mistery in kal project. And the no.1 who has been finish this mistery is Diana. Here are some project with different yarn.

My heart scarf

I enjoy knitting now. I can dancing like in crocheting. Try some new motifs. Exiciting. Now I make a scarf for a valentine gift. I mix two motif of heart. I work with softy cotton and dpn no. 9. Still in processing hope I could finish it this week.

Ladies in Red Scarf

I want to give a present for my mom in this Chinese New Year. She's a warm person. She likes strong colours and always looks great at her age (70 years).

Must work with full speed of course. Hope you'll like it mom.
